Our goal at People's Pilates is to offer high quality instructor lead fitness courses that can be done again & again. We spend time isolating muscles and perfecting form and function using Reformer & Mat Pilates exercises.

Bringing you the 'lates
Hannah
Certified Yoga Instructor; Hannah practices yoga to deepen the connection to self and tun into the bodies wisdom. She teaches Vinyasa and Restorative flows to create space for others. Using the balance between play and stillness, she helps her clients strengthen their mind body connection. ​

Siva
Siva is a devoted Yogi and World traveler. Having lived, studied, and practiced in India and Nepal, his teaching draws heavily upon various yogic philosophies, and his experiences abroad. It is his mission to help connect students to their inner selves through regular, and constant practice. ​

Kayla
Certified Yoga & Pilates Instructor; Kayla loves Pilates because it is a low impact exercise and is great for toning. Her ideal fitness routine involves exercise that you can do daily.

Kelsey
As a full-time certified Yoga and Pilates instructor, and lifelong athlete herself, Kelsey brings a strong understanding of anatomy and functional movement to her time with students. She loves Pilates because the emphasis on form can help students of all abilities to grow body awareness, strength, and flexibility.

Toni
Toni believes that mindful meditation can easily be incorporated in everyday life to help reduce stress and anxiety. Toni is lovingkindness. When she is not in the studio, you may find her cold plunging in the Puget Sound.

Fascinated by people's potential; Alex loves that Pilates can help you build strength with as much assistance or resistance as you choose. Whether you're building muscle or recovering, you can always fit in a Pilates workout.

Katie
Katie believes movement and music can lift anyone's mood. The beauty of Pilates is that it helps improve posture, mobility, stamina and strength. Nothing beats the feeling after a great Pilates workout.

Danny
Danny has worked with kids exploring watersheds, coastlines, science in gardens, and urban stewardship. She is trained by Seattle Kids Yoga to teach kids of all ages, abilities, and families practicing together. She is excited to help younger students connect with their mind, body, and the world around them in People’s new outdoor space!

Tyler
Tyler loves Pilates because it provides an amazing whole-body workout. Tyler believes that Pilates provides an opportunity to slow down and think about intentionally moving your body in a way that allows you to build functional strength and mobility.

Sarah
Sarah is a certified yoga instructor and long-time lover of the practice. Sarah's relationship with yoga has developed over a decade and has supported the ways in which she guides students to connect to their brain, body, and soul every time they come to her class; expect to work through different styles of pranayama (breathing) and dhyana (meditation) exercises. You'll also listen to some bops by Beyonce, Frank Ocean, KAYTRANADA, Jhene Aiko, and more as you flow through the asanas (postures) she has put together.
