A list of reformer based classes we're currently offering

Our Intro to Pilates course focuses on foundational movements on the reformer to help you get comfortable gliding though a Pilates class. This is a class you can take multiple times to ensure you have a strong foundation in your Pilates practice. Don't be fooled by the name though, you'll still get a great workout!

The Glide & Flow class is designed around practicing full, safe, normal movements to improve and increase your range of motion around many of the joints in the body. This class will flow through movements meant to leave your body feeling stretched and your mind feeling relaxed.

The Lengthen & Strengthen class is designed to challenge your muscles with heavier spring controlled movements that increase strength and mobility. This class is a perfect way to add strength increasing movement to your routine. Deep stretching plus increasing mind-body connection are the primary objectives of this class.

A powerful blend of strength training and cardio, this fast-paced class adds intensity to your practice. Expect an energetic, full body reformer workout. This is a great choice once you have experience on the reformer from The Standard Classes Levels 1 & 2.

Our Standard 1 course class will flow through sequences that combine traditional and contemporary reformer exercises with an emphasis on building a strong core. Participants should have a basic understanding of the Pilates reformer before taking a Standard 1. You will finish feeling strong, stretched and balanced!

The Standard 2 course class will flow through sequences that combine traditional and contemporary reformer exercises with an emphasis on building a strong core. This course will have limited modifications and will move at a quicker pace than our Intro and Standard 1 class.
Mat Room
A list of mat based classes we're currently offering

Our Mat Pilates classes are designed as a full body workout with a heavy focus on stability, balance & core. This is a non-heated classes and may include the use of props such as weights, balls, and bands.

This Hot Mat Pilates class is a full body workout with all of the elements of our traditional Mat Pilates class. Since this is a heated class you can expect to break a sweat while getting in toning and stretching your muscles at around 95 degrees.

This self-myofascial release, also known as foam rolling, is a type of therapy used to address areas of tension and tightness in the muscles. The session will start with a whole-body foam rolling using multiple types of rolling apparatuses and finish with a deep static stretch. Your body will thank you... later.

Gentle is the perfect blend of ease and strength. We will explore both active and passive postures to build strength, flexibility, and breath through slower, intentional movement. Gentle yoga will allow time for you to explore postures making it a great starting point for all.

This class is a faster pace flow with vibing music while focusing on building strength and inviting in ease to find an overall balance within the body. Heated at (put whatever degree here) this 50 minute class will get you moving, breathing, and back to your day a little lighter.

​This restorative paced practice of yin focuses on the deeper connective tissues, ligaments, and joints. During this practice we hold postures for three to five minutes while using props to support and deepen for a better stretch, increase in flexibility, and circulation. This practice is restorative and perfect for all skill levels and will allow you to turn inward into both your mind and body.
