People's Planner — Privacy Policy

People's Planner is an internal staff application operated by People's Pilates LLC
for managing studio operations. It is intended for authorized team members.

WHAT WE COLLECT
• Account information you provide: your name and email address.
• Content you create in the app: announcements, messages, schedules, time-off and
  coverage requests, and cleaning sign-offs.
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking, and we do not sell personal data.

HOW WE USE IT
We use this information solely to operate the app: signing you in, showing your
schedule and shifts, routing messages and approvals, and coordinating studio
operations.

WHERE IT LIVES
Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) under access controls
that limit each person to what their role permits.

CAMERA
The optional Form Check feature uses the camera to record practice video. That
video stays on your device and is not uploaded.

DATA RETENTION & DELETION
You can delete your account from within the app (Settings → Delete account), which
removes your profile. Contact your studio owner with any questions or requests.
